Please look for the appropriate training company to find your solder’s unit. Graduation dates and Family Day dates are announced as posts or listed under events on the unit’s Facebook page.
How To Search Fort Benning Graduation Dates
Search for your soldier’s company Facebook page. After you find the page, look for a recent post or check the events tab to see any scheduled events. If you do not see any updates, be patient and contain them often. All companies make an announcement of the graduation date on their Facebook page. For instance, if you do not see your soldier’s page listed, that company does not have an active page yet. Be patient and keep checking.
Some critical information about assigning Basin Training trainees. Basic trainees are assigned to either the 194th Armored Brigade or the 198th Infantry Brigade. Graduation dates, family days, and mailing information vary by company, and information packets are sent to each family within the first month the trainee has been assigned a training company.
Important: The average length of time of the solder’s arrival to Fort Benning and an assignment to a basic training unit is 7 to 14 days. Also, please note that this process can take longer for Infantry Soldiers attending the 14-week One Station Unit Training.
